Returns Policy

If we make a mistake, and you receive incorrect goods then we will refund you the cost of the erroneous goods. Please note, once a parcel leaves Britsuperstore there is NO REFUND on any duties and taxes that may incur.  We must be notified of any item(s) to be returned within five days of you receiving the delivery. If you wish to return goods you have ordered then we are happy to accept returned items as long as the following apply:-

The item(s) are in good saleable condition Item(s) are within a reasonable range of their "sell-by" or "use-by" date All security seals and packaging are intact You are responsible for shipping any returned item(s) back to us, we can only refund the cost of returned item(s), not the postage costs. We CANNOT accept any returns on Baby Food and Baby Milk. Refunds will be provided through the payment provider (SagePay or Paypal) you used at the time of checkout. Payment providers may impose their own exchange rates, we have no control over this.

We are contractually bound by the terms of the payment providers and have no control over the timescales for refunds.

Please Note: If your items are returned to us, held/rejected by Customs or you refuse the parcel due to any extra charges, we are unable to offer any refunds for contents, duties or shipping.

If you choose to have your order shipped with duties pre-paid and encounter any issues at customs, please get in touch with us and we will investigate the matter.

Once an order has been placed this cannot be cancelled due to the nature of the business. We are personal shoppers and do not hold stock, Once an order has been placed we will immediately start to shop for that order and therefore cannot be cancelled on your part.
